how to remove notes in the Main Popup?
When I open the HM2 Note window, how do I remove the "Main" & "osEP" tab?

also, what does it mean in the check box under >HUD Options>Show in the notes popup?

You can't completely remove those at this time unless there are no notes in there. "Show notes in the notes popup" puts them there and in the popup that shows if you hover over the note icon
