How to get columns with averages and others characteristics related to the the stats?

At the webinar video, in the Note Definitions tab, they have many columns with many characteristics related to the the stats, I only have the "Definition Name" column. How do I get those? Any video that I didnt watch?

If you right click on definition name a pop up box will appear ;

select show column chooser by left clicking and another box will appear where you can select what you want by dragging it in the same bar as the description name. You can then arrange in what ever odrer you like by click and dragging the individual headings.
