I already tried to reinstall, also other (older) versions, but I can't seem to get the problem out of the way? Does anybody know what I could do to fix this? Thanks in advance!.

Please delete the following folder -

    7/Vista: C:\Users\\AppData\Local\Hold'emManager\

Showing hidden files and sytem files and folders: How to show hidden files in Windows 7

    XP: C:\Documents and Settings\Fozzy\Local Settings\Application Data\Hold'em_Manager

Showing hidden files and sytem files and folders: Microsoft Corporation

If you continue to have problems, please reproduce the problem and attach your new log.txt file.

Thanks for your reply. I tried what you suggested, but in the

    XP: C:\Documents and Settings\Fozzy\Local Settings\Application Data

is no 'Hold'em_Manager' folder, so I could not delete this. The problem persists. Here is the error report once more, not sure if it is identical to the old one I posted here.

Windows XP is running in a virtual box on my PC, I use ubuntu. Don't know if the problem can be connected to that?
    Thanks.

Thanks for the suggestion, but I have already tried that, still HEM crashes when i try to start it. Do you perhaps have any other idea what the problem might be?

Please send your log.txt file from C:\Users\YourName\AppData\Roaming\HoldemManager folder. (XP users will find that in C:\Documents and Settings\YourName\AppData\Roaming\HoldemManager folder.)
If you have extensions turned off then it may be just called log. Please email the log, directly after you have the issue and before you restart HM2, to hm2support@holdemmanager.com along with a link to the thread or a summary of the issue you’re having
