    Default Error message after installation

    Hi,
    i just installed HM and updatet with newest release. also installed newest postgresql.
    but if im starting pokerstars and playing, there is no hud and it is impossible to import any hands (it says there is an error at each hand with auto and manual import)
    when i click on the buttons "preflop cards" "hands" "sessions" etc. there is a error message coming which is displayed on the screenshot on the link
    and there is also only a sandclock coming when i scrool with the mouse over the window where the stats should be.

    what should i do now? i really would like to use HM, because it seems that hm is the best on the market, but its impossible to use it.

    You need this version which has the stars fix http://www.holdemmanager.com/downloa...te1.06.03g.exe and then reimport your hands

    Actually that version should work. Are you saving the HH in english? and have you followed the FAQ instructions http://208.109.95.123/faq/?f=147

    yeah i have this version and this error message is coming all the time, also after reinstallation

    thanks for your help, but i solved the problem
    dunno how, but i solved it
    didtn have very much time the last days and after a few days i have started the holdem manager, because i wanted to try to solve this
    hm started with a total reset, dunno why
    and so i have imported my hands before i have done the setup, then i chose my nick and it worked...

    thx again for this very fast help and i think im gonna buy hm
