Same thing here. I thought my session today wasn't being picked up untill I noticed I had my filters set to only show Zoom 25NL. Once I clicked that off suddenly my zoom session from this morning showed up as a normal 25NL session.

I wonder if these hands I'm playing now will permanently be in my database mis-classified as normal non-zoom hands.
Update to: Hold'Em Manager Poker Software - Poker Tracking and Analysis Software.
HoldemManager had a file name with the tablenames of zoom tables:
-we made one typo on one of the table names
-Stars changed a table name (or they added a new table)
If a hand is wrongly imported as non-zoom. Purge/delete the hands and reimport them after we've updated the file.

BTW: Incremental Updates would be nice. Guess the libraries didn?t change as often.

Dont you lot test your software? With the exception of Socom on the PS3, I think this is the buggiest piece of software I have ever had to use... It makes Vista look like a solid piece of kit... And PT4 is still in beta for a reason!
Most recent update doesnt fix one of the issues outlined in this thread...
Last hands are still not showing on all the tables - just the top left one. This does show every hand from all tables, but thats not exactly user friendly. If I play X hand on Y table, I want to be able to look through the hand history for hand X via the last hands aspect of the HUD on table Y... not have to click through hundered of hands on the first table to find it...
