Not completed tourneys

I have the problem that under my tourney tab --> results on the left it says:

Tourneys:675
Completed:669

It doesn't matter how many times I refresh it, it remains the same.

How can I get them to be the same number and what's causing those 6 games to be not completed?

I know it shouldn't be a big deal and I guess it isn't but... well.. it annoys me.

Any help appreciated.

I've had this problem but only when my software crashes or I get disconnected. All I do is find which tournies are incomplete under Data View and e-mail the site support to mail me the hand histories, then stick them in my import folder and viola.

Sounds stupid, it looks like good advice, but I can't find Data view anywhere.

Directly under the tourney tab is a stats tab. To the right of that is the Data View tab

You can also manually edit them, via the right click menu, if you are unable to get the hand files for some reason.
