I can not see any stat or any hand my tracker was from 31/10/09. When I select my last 100 hands is that of the 31/10/09 when I played the following days. The HUD works. I checked all the filters are disabled

Unable to download the last version (Holdem Manager 1.09 Patch)
He said that the download was successfully completed but I am always on the same version

Please update to the latest 1.09 final release - http://www.holdemmanager.com/downloads/HmUpdate.exe

Make sure your Language and Regional settings are on English USA or Canada

You can email support@fulltiltpoker.com and they will send you those hands so you can import them, or all of your hands for that matter.
