Hands not importing on Zoom

Hi

I am running HEM 2.0.0.6483

I was playing a few mins of Zoom poker and noticed hands were not importing on NL50

However, before I went to NL50 I tried a few hands of NL2 and hands seemed to import fine.

I have double checked that hands are saved in txt files to the Pokerstars Hand history folder that HEM2 auto import settings is being directed to import from.

I also went and manually imported folder, it seemed to say importing 8 files, but on the Reports tab, still doesnt show up any of the hands I just played.

I also tried restarting HEM2 but that did not help.

Any help would be appreciated.

Hi,

So I havent had or been able to have one hand import from zoom ever.

I ran my stars up and won about 800$ playing zoom- and updated to the current verison of HM2,

I get the Hud attempting to pop up on the zoom table, but I dont get a hud ll I get is the table settings thing at the top left corner of the table.

Anyways,

If you can help me out that would be awesomeo

As I would like to import my HH to see my grpahs and progress.

Is there something I have to maybe change in pokerstars? or maybe zoom hands are being saved in a different/hidden folder maybe....?

Im clueless to all this stuff BTW so help would be great!

I downloaded the link above,

But I dont understand how to find my old hands from last week playing zoom, also everytime I open up HM2 im prompted for an update, and I still have to come in here to redownload Hm2 everyday lols,

I also dont understand what i do with my old HM2 from yesterday, I know have like 8 Hm2 icons fromm having to install it everyday lmfao

Zoom hands are saved to the same folder as regular hands.
Your old hands will already have been moved to the archive folder.
