    Question Autorate rules not performing as I'd expect

    I've set up about a dozen or so autorules. As I understand it the first rule in the list that is true is applied.

    So my first rule stipulates

    VPIP <20 (>=20 samples)
    PFR <10 (>=20 samples)
    WTSD% <31 (>=20 samples)

    So after 21 hands I'd expect anyone who hasn't played a hand yet to get this rating. Wouldn't I?

    It dosen't work.

    What am I doing wrong?

    Thanks in advance

    :confused

    Set WTSD% <31 (>=1 sample) (1 instead of 20).
    And PFR samples to 10.

    VPIP "samples" is number of hands.
    But WTSD% "samples" is how often this player has gone to showdown. If he plays 20% of his hands.. and he goes to showdown 25% of those hands--> you need 400+ hands from him before you have "20 samples"

    Patvs, you are saying that the sample field in a variety of stats it's not ALWAYS the number of hands?! It's the number of "attempts" for that stat?

    Ooooops, that's why some of my autorate rules aren't working has expected too.

    Yes it's number of possibilities for that particular stat.

    OK I've still got a problem.

    I've set up about 13 rules which include a few catch all ones at the end of the list.

    The very last rule is simply

    vpip>40 (samples >=20)

    Now surely this must be applied if a player has a PF VPIP of 48?

    But it isn't.

    Thanks for any help you can give me

    Update to: http://www.holdemmanager.com/downloa...ger_2_Beta.exe
    You have more than 20 hands of the opponent whose VPIP is 48, already taking into account possible filters (number of big blinds filter, number of players filter, etc. hud options--> hud filters)

    Could another RULE be overlapping with this rule, so the player matches the settings of both set of rules?

    If that were the case the first rule in the list would be applied wouldn't it?

    Let me look at it a bit closer, but I suspect it might be a bug
