PF Raise Chart & PF Hand Chart

While evaluating what the product has to offer in the trial version I found my vpip and pfr are too low. Unfortunately when I hit the charts button to evaluate the suggested hands white blank screens loaded. Is there a different program I need to load the chart or is this info only available in the paid version?
