Non importation of hands + No HUD - Microgaming

Greetings and salutations,

Hopefully posting in the correct section, upgraded my NLHE/PLO combo to version 6483, played on some PLO cash tables on "PokerTime" (Microgaming network) producing the following problems -

Hands are not appearing in my database

HUD sometimes appears on the table stating "Waiting for hands..." but no info or stats appear

"PokerTime" is set to store hands locally, the .DAT file shows it has been updated by the client, HM2 was working fine & no settings have been changed within it.

Running Windows 7.

Any help, guidance is greatly appreciated.

Thanks Patvs, in my rush I did for get to mention that after playing on Microgaming, when I close HM2 I get a dialogue box stating -

TableScanDllLoader stopped working

But maybe support already aware of this issue ?

Which antivirus program / firewall are you using?
Update to: http://www.holdemmanager.com/Downloa...2.0.0.6526.exe

Make sure antivirus/firewall doesn't delete (or block) the TableScannerDLLLoader file (even if you don't use TableScanner)
