Seems like my players notes are gone in HEM. This is for FT Just as a test i put a note for me. The next time i loged on no note.
What OS, Firewall, Anti-virus? I couldnt reproduce this on my pc.

Under Vista and Windows 7 make sure UAC is disabled http://www.holdemmanager.net/faq/afmmain.aspx?faqid=73 or holdemmanager.exe, hmhud.exe, and dbcontrolpanel.exe are started as administrator. Run the windows explorer and navigate to your Holdemmanager installation directory. Right click the dbcontrolpanel.exe, holdemmanager.exe, and the hmhud.exe executable and select "Run as admin" from the popup menu.
Add exceptions to the windows firewall, even if it is off. If you have a 3rd party firewall, do the equivalent or uninstall it temporarily - http://www.holdemmanager.net/faq/afm...aspx?faqid=171
Make sure your video card drivers and windows auto updates are fully updated. Make sure you have Microsoft .NET Framework 3.5 SP1 (or later for w7) installed.

Post a pic of the note before and after, at the table (or in the replayer)
You can also see the notes on players when playing using the HUD Options > Active Player Details Window
To attach it to a thread in the forums, look below the post reply button when you start a new thread and you'll see a manage attachments button. Click this and attach the file.
XP pro, Windows Firewall, Avast. Just changed over to firewall and avast last week. Had trouble with my old firewall and Anti-virus. Beta 41 will update.
After each hand imports it Disappears.
Notes for yourself are not possible (only during prefetch mode it works).
You should try it with a different player.
