    Default HUD not updating

The HUD will either not come up.. or after stopping/starting HUD repeatedly it eventually works. I've seen a few threads around that had quick fixes.. but I was unable to get it working again. I'm sure I'll need to answer a question or two, so I'll check the thread frequently. Thanks.

On which site are you playing?

Which Operating System, Firewall, and Anti-Virus are you using?

For W7 and Vista you must set \holdem manager\holdemmanager.exe, hudfuncsapp.exe are started as administrator. Run the windows explorer and navigate to your Holdemmanager2 installation directory. Right click the executables and select properties... then select "Run as admin" from the compatibility tab.

Add exceptions to the windows firewall for those files even if the firewall is turned off. If you have a 3rd party firewall, do the equivalent or uninstall it temporarily.

Run a manual Windows Update and install all updates, including all .net framework updates.

    Stars.

Windows 7. No firewall or anti-virus program currently active.

Changed the hudfuncsapp.exe to administration. The first one you mentioned was already as 'run as admin'.

I added exceptions to my windows firewall.

I ran all the Windows Updates that were available, including the .net framework updates.

    I disabled "User Account Control".

I've upgraded to the latest version (6413).

    Still the same issue.

"waiting for hands..." and nothing ever happens.

    Installed the update.

"If there is a time, you need to adjust the import time again to make sure it is correct. If there is no time listed, the time is correct."

I seem to be getting a tad bit confused here. I've tried -3, -4, and -5 and have yet to get neither one to work.

If my location is 4 hours behind the server.. Do I set it to -3 or -5?

I got it to work for 1 tournament.. took a break and when I came back it was not working again.

    Thanks for your help.

    Create a new database.
Play 1 cashgame hand or tourney.
Check how what the time difference is in the database with your local time.

Example: HM shows the hand was played 12:00.
But you actually played them at 16:00.
Then create a NEW database again.
Setup a +4 hour 'adjust time'.
    And reimport all your hands.
