i already checked with the sun support and i'm missing like 4 hands out of every 800 hands i'm playing on sun poker.
(played ~30k hands so far there)

Do you have the hands in your handhistory files?
Do you have disconnects?
What type of game are you playing?
Any error messages during the import?
Please try updating to the latest beta version from the link in my signature.
If you have Vista/Windows7, please verify that UAC is still off. If it is on, please turn it off and reboot. http://www.holdemmanager.net/faq/afm....aspx?faqid=73
