Is it meant to be pausing every 2 seconds to save to database and merge notes?! (the messages that show as the ntoes are being created) albeit still creating notes fairly quickly.

It does not work for me - it's even badder. After stop creating notes HM2 crashes.

I had to swap to the version before - because even after starting HM2 new
it does not start again to make notes - so logging is not possible for me.

Just to let you know, I woke up this morning and it had processed all the notes. So the new update works for me.

That is going to go away. It was a troubleshooting attempt to see where it was freezing for people.

I'm sorry to say that I still have the error - but if I stop HM2 and stop the process in the task bar - it starts again to make notes.

Sending the logs will be a problem.

The NoteCaddyLOG.txt is 1.6 GB big before compression - the 7z archive is still 26 MB .

The error log is only 1 Entry:

2012.05.31 12:45:01:5595 ----------ERROR------------ processing pending: Der Thread wurde abgebrochen. status: 1

By error, you mean it stops or is there an actual error? What does it say on your screen when it stops? It could say "combining notes", "saving to database" etc. Also, please make sure you're using 2.4.0.1.

The error log is only 1 Entry:

2012.05.31 12:45:01:5595 ----------ERROR------------ processing pending: Der Thread wurde abgebrochen. status: 1

that error occurs 100% of the time. It just means the worker thread got killed by clicking stop

Yes - i mean that it stops. I think the last what it says on the screen was "Database".

I will test it again. I'm on 2.4.0.1
