I already wrote a bug report, on the timeout errors, but I don't know if the programmers will be able to fix that.
The only temporary solution is reimporting the hands into a new database.


Or you could wait for the FINAL 1.12.10 update, that may/or may not be able to solve this issue.
If it doesn't you'll still have to reimport the hands into a new database.

if i purge old hand histories then export my database then reimport into new database will this be quicker? or will it export all hands anyway? sorry if this is a silly question but i've never used purge before.

There are two types of purges (delete)

-options--> settings--> purge hands (will delete handhistory, hand from graph, $Won from sessions, etc. everything, so hand won't be used anymore for stats)
-options--> settings--> observed HH configuration--> purge hands--> will delete the handhistory and therefore the ability to replay the hand, but the hand will still be used for the graph, $Won from sessions and for the HUD.




So if you use -options--> settings--> purge hands--->
it will result in less hands you can export.
