was wondering if i will receive my serial

I recently bought small stakes holdem and omaha. I bought it yesterday and also received an email stating i will get an email with my serial in 12 hours. It been well over 12 hours and still havent received anything yet. I also checked my bank account and the money was taken out for the software. Was there anything else i need in order to obtain my serials so i can start to use the software. Please let me know thanks
