Help with vista. HM crashing

Hi, I have tried th trial version of HM. I was very pleased with the initial startup. However when i started to try and use auto import HM keeps crashing. I tried to change the Account manager setting on vista and with the setting bothon and off the same problem. some times the program wont even start it keeps saying holdem manager has stopped working close the programe or check online for a solution. sometimes when it does run i cannot set up the auto import file as it only shows the PUBLIC file and i cannot browse to find my hand history folder. I have tried unistalling reinstalling many time with no joy. Sometimes if i change the compatability settings in properties before i start the programeit will run for a short time. IE windows XP compatability.

Anyone have any ideas. I really think this is the best programe on the market if i could get the thing to work.

When i start my Task Manager the HMImport file is still running i have to end this procees manually in order for me to try HM again

I finaly got HM to work. Im not sure why but when i reinstalled the programm i changed the default install directory and it now works:-). All i can say is my problems were something to do with the HMImport.exe.
