Windows Defender won't let me add exceptions

But when I click on Tools > Options, I get this screen



How do I add exceptions to windows defender for HEM and PostgreSQL from here?

Windows Defender doesn't affect Postgresql and Holdemmanager, so you can skip this.

Ok, thanks for the response. I was (trying to) follow Fozzy71's advice from that other thread. Maybe I got confused.
