All original hands that are auto-imported get moved to an archive for performance reasons. Your \HMArchive is likely not in your \Holdem Manager directory. We normally suggest you use C:\HMArchive, but you may have put it anywhere. The archive should be organized by \Month\DayOfMonth (example: D:\HMArchive\2009\07\31).
We are trying to get an HM2 release out today or tomorrow, and the latest HM1 will likely be released officially tomorrow even though there are still a few issues we are trying to resolve.

awesome to hear! I would like to take a shot to betatest v1.12.10, but please confirm if a preferred seat for Entraction network is implemented. Full list of fixes+features in v1.12.10 would be nice too.
When 1.12.10 is in its public release form we will write up the full list of fixes+features. Until then we can not confirm for sure which fixes are in the build
i tried installing the 1.12.10 - while trying to load it said "not responding" i gave it pry 10 minutes and then gave up and am going to reinstall .09; hope it goes back as was

I found on 2p2 forums that the 12.10 version is supposed to fix the merge 6 max/tablemanager problem; well i couldnt get 12.10 figured out; i went back to .09 and things were looking scary when my hud wasnt working but a simple reboot solved the problem

please get the 12.10 going smoothly; I really want that Merge 6 max problem fixed

The update runs a database update which may need more than 10 minutes if your database is large or your computer slow. Just let it run overnight and make sure to have enough free space on your HDD.
I had this problem too. I just rebooted and everything was fine.
My database is about 50 gb large. The update to 12.10 crashes after being stuck with high cpu for about 30 minutes and during the process making my DB 100+gb large. I couldn't get it to work. Downgrading to 12.09 lets HM work again but it seems that many of my hands were corrupted and are not showing in the reports anymore.

*Now import a small portion of your \HMArchive so you can see if the problem exists in the new DB - http://faq.holdemmanager.com/questio...6+Export+Hands
*If the new DB seems to work properly, you will want to import the rest of your archives to the new DB, export/import the hands from the old DB to the new DB, and export/import any player notes and tourney summaries - and then delete the old DB.

let ur hm1 load overnite, install 12.1 and just open up hm and go to bed, in the morn u will be ready to beast.
