    Default ev difference 100000 bbs...

    Hi,

    There is some issue today where my EV difference is ridiculously large - obviously some sort of bug., I was playing tornaments and cash games at the same time , is it possible some torny data is in the cash game? I;m not sure i tried to filter for the hand but I cant find any abnormalities. Please see pictures attached so u know what im talking about

    Please send us the hand histories to this day to support@holdemmanager.com so we can look into recreating this issue.

    make sure you have the newest version of HM

    sorry to be dumb and annoying but i cant figure out how to find/send the hand histories of the day?/where to find where hand histories are kept..?

    Please update to the latest version - http://www.holdemmanager.com/Downloads/HmUpdate.exe

    Reimport your hands into a NEW database: Options--> Database Management--> Connect--> Create New Database--> (set it as default)--> Start HoldemManager

    (run a import from folder on C:/HMArchive)

    thanks for your reply patvs,

    i followed ur steps however when i go to import from folder and find c;hmarchive, the folder is empty and no files are imported? if it makes any difference the c;hm archive folder exists but i install everything else on my d; drive

    Run a import from folder on your archive folder.
    Check your auto import folder settings, which folder you're using as the archive folder.

    click on options--> configure auto import folders-->
    select the folder of the site you play on the most--> edit

    and you can see the location what's being used for the archive folder.
