    Default HUD Suddenly not Working - PokerStars

    I'm using the newest version, just downloaded this morning, after having a problem, though I'm still having that problem.

    I play NL cash ring games on PokerStars

    All of my settings have been working successfully for a while before this happened.

    I don't believe the hands are being imported, the Table Manager comes up and shows the tables, but no specific info relating to the tables, plus I checked reports, filtered for "Today" and saw no additions.

    I did not yet create a new database, not really sure if that's the solution based on reading that others are having this problem. Plus I'm not sure how to do it exactly. Do I include the old data somehow? I'm on my third "new" database as it is, can I delete old ones?

    Now my holdemmanager.config file is messed up because I followed your "workaround" and got the same results as the other guy.

    Please check your auto-import settings, they might be lost because of the virus problems we had too.

    And under Vista make sure that UAC is still switched off

    I just lost a long post and am pissed.

    I went through the FAQ before posting and covered all of the bases. I posted all pertinent information in my OP. Hands are not being imported as I stated.

    I asked a couple of specific questions about creating a new database which were not addressed.

    Can I please get more than just generic help?

    I'd like to hear from Morny or Fozzy or RVG, PLEASE!

    If you have all your original hands archived, and have exported your original/main DB to text files, you can delete whatever you want. I cant say for sure without knowing more about the DBs you created and your archives.

    I took over for morny 4+ months ago. he no longer works here.

    If you are using 1.09 beta 40 and the hands arent importing there is something wrong with your configuration.

    Please update to the latest beta and make sure your HEM says 1.09 beta 40 in the title bar - http://www.holdemmanager.com/downloads/HmBetaUpdate.exe

    Make sure you attach the config file too:

    Please attach your holdemmanager.config file from C:\Program Files\RVG Software\Holdem Manager\Config folder.

    - If your extensions are off you'll just see a file called holdemmanager.
    - To attach it to a thread in the forums, look below the post reply button when you start a new thread and you'll see a manage attachments button.
    - Click this and attach the file.


    If I cant figure it out from that, I can schedule you for a support session, but I am booked up at least for 24 hours.

    I created new databases because old ones were corrupt, I'm pretty sure the old data went into the new DB's each time I recreated.

    Upon having this problem the first thing I did was update to the latest version. Then I went through the FAQ on the HUD not working, all pertinent info is in my original post.

    I checked folders, configurations, the only thing I didn't try was creating a new DB. I have attached my config folder.

    C:\Users\Michelle\AppData\Local\PokerStars\HandHis tory\

    Played hand history files are showing up in the folder. It's the same as what's in HEM.

    Have no Table Finder.

    EDIT: I do have Table Finder, but it's not working. Even with a table up there is no table listed in the box, even after playing a number of hands, plus there is no little red box to drag to the table.


    EDIT: Wow, that's interesting, there is a space between His and tory when this is posted, but when I go to edit, there is no space. There are no spaces in my PokerStars client or my HEM.

    The first hand at each table the stat boxes are next to the wrong seat, after the first hand they are next to the correct, corresponding player.

    It had been working fine for months and all of the sudden one day it started doing that. Never got resolved.

    I have Pro 1.09 beta 40, the most recent one as of yesterday morning when I updated in response to this problem I'm having which happened after yesterday's PokerStars update.
