HM Sync - Painfully slow in last few days

As per title, in the last 3 days my HM sync has been painfully slow. Uploading at 1 hand per second. Tested with different internet connections so issue is definitely not at my end.

Painfully slow uploads again. It's not my internet connection.

No idea how many hands but the database is 6.5 GB.

Win7/Vista: c:\users\{username}\appdata\roaming\HoldemManager

OK i have discovered that only 1 of my pc's is suffering this. On PC1 i am getting an acceptable upload of around 40 hands a second but on pc2 i am uploading at about 1 hand per sec which is resulting in syncs taking a very long time. PC1 is slightly faster with SSD but PC2 is still pretty decent with 7200rpm hard disk. Surely there should not be that much difference in sync upload speed? I'm going to try creating a new database first.

same problem here. I used to get 40-60 hands seconds now i'm at 6 hands /seconds and the process is lagging my computer .
