2 days left on my trial and i still haven't got holdem manager to work

    Default 2 days left on my trial and i still haven't got holdem manager to work

    Now I get this message wehn i try starting the new version

    Please update to the latest beta - http://www.holdemmanager.com/downloads/HmBetaUpdate.exe

    Under Vista and Windows 7 make sure UAC is disabled http://www.holdemmanager.net/faq/afmmain.aspx?faqid=73 or holdemmanager.exe, hmhud.exe, and dbcontrolpanel.exe are started as administrator. Run the windows explorer and navigate to your Holdemmanager installation directory. Right click the dbcontrolpanel.exe, holdemmanager.exe, and the hmhud.exe executable and select "Run as admin" from the popup menu.

    Add exceptions to the windows firewall, even if it is off. If you have a 3rd party firewall, do the equivalent or uninstall it temporarily - http://www.holdemmanager.net/faq/afm...aspx?faqid=171

    ok fozzy, tried running as adminstrator and that seems to wooirk now, but now i get the following problem when trying to configure the reports. i can set up hero name fine now but when i go to the reports tab to select the hero name again it crashes. the first screen shot is what appears, then once holdem manager stops importing and has closed down i get the 2nd pop up error box captured below.

    if you guys could schedule a remote session that would be great.
