I know this is the cold 4 bet stats, but what is the exact number provided? The number of times it happened? Or its expressed as a cold 4 bet range? Or a % of the time?

I am looking to find the exact definition of
Raise vs 2+ Raisers
I know this is the cold 4 bet stats, but what is the exact number provided? The number of times it happened? Or its expressed as a cold 4 bet range? Or a % of the time?
The number shows the percentage: how often a player has Cold 4bet, when he has the opportunity to do so.
The keyword for all our stats is 'opportunity', they are no longer based on the 'total total of all hands played'.
