Tournaments tracking not accurate

Hey guys.

I have HM2 and Im playing 18-man sng's on stars(2-tables and 3-tables.regular speed.)
The software's tracking is partial.and the results graph ia also not 100% accurate.
Ive tried to filter the tourneys by "tagging 18-man",and also by "number of players in tournament-equal to 18",and the results are different for some reason.
Its really important for me to have an accurate information about my results.
any help would be great.
