Actually, he isnt installing it for the first time netsrak. The deleting of the config file sometimes requires you to point towards the original install files, before it will restart HM. I had this happen a couple of times during support sessions. I would have to download holdemmanager10804.zip and unzip it. then start HM like normal so it could ask for the original install files. It is reminiscent of microsoft office products asking for the CD when doing menial tasks.
I cant find it and it doesnt work + I don;t have a clue what to do anymore. Is there some place you can subscribe for a support session or something like that?
