Default Backup of playernotes buggy ?

    Hey there,
just wanted to make a quick backup of all my playernotes.
Went to DB Manager > Backup, Checked only the player notes and skip database boxes and clicked start backup.
after ~2hours of waiting nothing happens. no file in the supposed backup directory or sth else.

    Log says:

    05:54.371 [Worker:PokerManager.set_CurrentExclusiveTask] Current background task = Backup

Am i missing something ? Shouldnt be usual that it takes ~ 2hours for >2000 notes to backup, right ?
any chance i am going to save the notes without using the buggy backup thing ?

Which PostgreSQL version are you using?
Were these 2000 notes created in HM2, or made in HM1--> where you imported the entire HM1 database into HM2?

Database was imported from HM1 2 month ago, so i'd guess ~100 notes will be new.

Actually i backuped overnight again and now it is finished but as i said, i only wanted to backup player notes and now the backup file is 3.5gig (i have 17mio hands-database)...

You'll have to use PostgreSQL 8.4 to be able to use the backup/restore utility.

So in HM1, export your notes.
    Then install PostgreSQL 8.4.
Reimport your hands (in HM1) into a NEW database---> then import the notes.

Finally, import the SQL 8.4 database into a new HM2 database. And you'll be able to backup the notes.
