    Default Hud Bug

When I open up HM it gives me this message.

"error launching the hud. system could not find the file specified"

I have beta 38 and installed it again just now.

Delete the config folder. Start with a fresh installation of full version 1.08.04 and then update to the latest Beta in the same folder.

    Default Problem

I tried the update version on 1.08.04 then beta, but that didnt work. I then went to the website

    http://www.holdemmanager.net/download.html

But when I tried to open the setup it said another version is already installed and I needed to add/remove the program.

This doesn't seem correct is there something else I should have done?

    Uninstall the software first

    Default Config

Just got back home. I uninstalled and reinstalled, added beta. Then went into the RVG folder and opened Holdem manager. It started to open the program but then said

"Could not find the config\HM.config file. Make sure you are running holdem manager from the correct directory."

Did I not make sure beta was saved in same folder?

Can't answer that, you should check your installation folders and possibly delete all Holdemmanager installations and start with a fresh installation in the default path.

How do I know which folders are for installation? Shouldn't those have been taken care of when I unistalled the program?

This also seems to no longer fall under the "Hud" problems. Does this change who I need to talk to?
