import hands = blue screen

I start up my poker room. Then i start up holdem manager.

When the hud need to start up and import my 1st hand i get a blue screen and computer reboot and cant find the system.

I turn off my computer and everything is back normal when i come into windows. I try start HEM, but then it happends again. Not sure what to do about it.

THis happend because I have trial ? I want to buy this software, but if I cant have it running it would be a waste of money.

Holdemmanager doesn't initiate blue screens normally.

It may be a corrupt installation or a corrupt handhistory.

* Make sure your windows is uptodate (Windows Update and Service packs).
* Make sure you have installed Microsoft .net Framework 3.5 service pack 1
* Please update to the latest Beta from the link in my signature
* Delete all files in the handhistory client of your pokerclient or move them to a different folder
* Try again.
