HUD don't show the stats

Hi. I've been working with HM last 2 days

Yesterday it worked perfectly.
But today, when I opened the HM and it began to import hands, the HUD program recognized the opened tables but it didn't show the stats in the tables.

Here there is an image that shows it

Is there any solution?

Can you check 3 things

1) is auto import working on this table - does it import new hands?
2) After importing a couple of hands can you go into HUD Options - Launch Active Player Details and tell me if it shows the players you are playing against
3) In Table Manager are you able to use "Find Table" to attach to this table?

1) The program says that import new files but it doesn't import new hands (it is as the picture shows: Files imported: 1 of 1; Hands imported:0).

2) After importing some hands, in Launch Active Player Details, it doesn't shows any player

3) When I try to use "Find Table", a window appears saying: "I can not find any unattached hands. Please wait until the Manager has imported some"

You need to set up the auto import folder correctly. Is this a prima skin? I have "C;\microgaming\poker\pokerhostmpp" Yours could be different depending upon the skin.

The autoimport folder is well set. I have: "C;\microgaming\poker\Unibetpokertmpp ", and "C;\microgaming\poker\Unibetpokertmpp + subfolders"

I think that the problem isn't there.

HI, get rid of the second auto import with the subfolders -having 2 could cause issues. That being said, I don't know if this will fix the problem for you and I have heard a few other complaints about Unibet specifically.

Actually, just noticed your version. Download 1.06.01 from www.rvgsoftware.com/hm/hm1.6.exe

There was an issue with Prima in the original 1.06 build

HI, get rid of the second auto import with the subfolders -having 2 could cause issues. That being said, I don't know if this will fix the problem for you and I have heard a few other complaints about Unibet specifically.
