Player Analysis feature not working correctly

Hello,

Opponents -> Player Analysis tab in HM2 seems not working after recent (i am running 6309) updates. When i choose any Target Player from my database, i get only 1 hand returned. All the filters (position, preflop line etc) in Player Analysis tab are with the default options.
I've been using this feature weeks before and then all worked like charm.

I have the same error.
The problem I see is that if last 250 hands is checked only show 250 hands, if the last 1000 hand is checked shows 1000 hands, but if all hands is cheked only show 1 hand.

And how can I see the preflop hands analysis of a player ? Like which hands he 3bets from which position ? Used to be right in your face in HM1 but I cant find it in HM2.

Hi.

This is a known issue and it has been documented in detail and provided to the developers to resolve. While I do not have a specific date for when this issue will be resolved, we are putting out updates regularly.

The assigned internal ticket # on this issue is 4476. We will often release builds on a limited basis, only in the forums for a few days first, so please check back on this thread http://forums.holdemmanager.com/hm2-releases/ for that ticket #.

Just to update this thread, this issue has been resolved but the bug number noted was incorrect and so anyone that asked for a notification probably missed the update it was fixed. Bug number was actually 4097
