licence problem

Hello. i recently bought hm2 +nc2. my licence was accepted but when when i updated to the last patch it doesnt recognize my licence.

"Validation Notice

The serial number could not be used to unlock the software. Please try again."

please help

i reinstalled but still nothing.

also tried to delete c:/programdata/xheon/hmlicence etc but didnt work.

please help i bought both products and i cant use them
