Note doesn't show in HUD

I have made a note defintion of BB 3betting an open raise from SB. When I run in the test environment everything is fine and when I seek hands I'll get exactly those hands I expected.But nothing comes up in the HUD.I have made dozens of notes before and they all show.And everything looks fine in Note caddy popups.I've assigned it to the right Popup.So it would be great if you had a trouble shooter for possible reasons for the note not showing in the HUD.
