Optimize reports error and all data lost.

Hi,

My OS is vista ultimate. Today after some automatic windows updating, my HEM stopped importing hands. It also randomly reported error to connect the database. So I restarted the windows and expected the errors to go away. When I started the HEM, it automatically started to running optimize reports and after a while, I got this error message:

the following error occurred: ERROR: 58P01: could not access status of transaction 3222405294.

When I clicked OK, I can no longer got any reports, looks like at least half of the hands are lost. I still got hands from way back but all hands after July, 1st, 09 are gone.

Please help. I am running HEM 1.09 beta 28.

You can try a PGAdmin > Maintenance > Reindex. If that doesnt work:


*Try creating a new UTF DB - http://www.holdemmanager.net/faq/afm...aspx?faqid=146
*Now import a small portion of your \HMArchive so you can see if the problem exists in the new DB - http://www.holdemmanager.net/faq/afm...aspx?faqid=173
*If the new DB seems to work properly, you will want to import the rest of your archives to the new DB, and export/import the hands from the old DB, and then delete the old DB. - http://www.holdemmanager.net/faq/afm....aspx?faqid=21
