Missing hands on Ladbrokes

I'm using Ladbrokes (Microgaming/Prima) with HEM, and it's not imported the last few hundred hands. The HUD had not been updating towards the end of my session, and I later found that this was because HEM had not found any hands. In addition, upon closing all the software, it turned out that an error message had come up for Ladbrokes, saying that an error had occurred and it would have to be shut down. It wasn't shut down until I clicked OK though. I have all the missing hands in a notepad document, but can't seem to import them in. Usually HEM reads hands from the file gamehistory.dat, so I don't need to use notepad at all.

The HHs look like this:

Try the steps here http://208.109.95.123/faq/?f=116, you can skip the step where it says to setup a folder but verify that you dont have subfolders on and try deleting the gamehistory.dat file and try again.

Thanks for the link, but it doesn't seem to work. Should this work if I have a notepad file of the hand histories in the format I posted and just put that inside LadbrokesMPP?

Alternatively, is there at least a way to edit my total winnings to reflect the hands not imported?

Hi,

Can you send me the gamehistory.dat file to paul.morny at gmail dot com and ill have a look but i presume that since HM gets its data from this .dat file the notepad version would be uncompatible. Ive tried it on my HM and it dosent work.

The gamehistory.dat file is likely corrupt so youll probably need to delete this and restart HM for it to work again. It may be possible for Labrokes to recreate the files in a .dat file from their server as they will have the info there but im not sure so youll need to contact them about it.

I also have intermittent missing Ladbrokes hands, never a full session missing, just occasional hands. This is one of the missing hands from the Ladbrokes gamehistory export:

I can't import the notepad file containing this hand either.

I have attached a txt file that I think contains the details of this hand from the .dat file.

If I rename that file to .dat and try to import, HM says 1 file imported, 0 hands, 0 errors, 0 duplicates

Looks like they recently changed their export format - and by change I mean completely changed... Will work on adding this back in.

Now I have found the import logs folder, it appears that I have been missing quite a few Ladbrokes hands every day. Some import errors files attached. (Only the smaller ones attahced, many from this month are ~1500kb)

If whatever is preventing the initial import is fixed, is there some way to back through and reimport from the error logs folder?
