Verify Poker Stars account trouble

Hi first of all sorry if i post this in the wrong forum.

Yesterday i earned 150pp on pokerstars and because i deposited 50$ now i could get Holdem Manager for free.
The problem is everytime i fill in the form on your website i get this error : Error, sorry please try again.

I tryed using another browser but this diddnt solve the problem.

Is there any other way to verify my account so i can get my pro regkey?
