HEM1 shows more tracked hands - Pokersite Reward Tab shows much less hands

Hi.. sorry about that confusing title.

The problem is this: On CakePoker there is a rewards tab where u can see how many hands u played, how many raked hands and how much rake u generated during a timespan.

This month i tried to check if HEM and CAke have the same results and thats the problem. Cake has much less hands and HEM1 shows much more. Hem has 2438 hands this month and Cake just shows 2053 (over 100 raked hands missing).

I'm not sure what to do about it.. has anyone the same problem or could you provide some hints how i should deal with that ?

Does HM have hands where you weren't dealt any cards?
But were sitting out at a table, or observing a table?
