Default Error Messag/Hud Not Showing Up

When I start HEM1 an optimize report pops up. It does not finish and an error message that says "error xx001: could not read block 0 of relation base/143276/143351: read only 0 of 8192 bytes" pops up

I then click start auto import and table manager pops up and hands start importing, but no hud pops up.
This may or may not be related to why my hud doesnt pop up.

    How can i fix this?

    Have updated to latest version.

"error xx001: could not read block 0 of relation base/143276/143351: read only 0 of 8192 bytes"

Is the sign of a corrupt database.
You can try to reindex the database in pgadminIII, but ideally just create a new empty database and reimport your hands.
