HEM bug on startup now.

DBControlPanel.exe - Application Error

The Application failed to initialize properly (0xc000007b) Click ok to terminate the application.

This comes up after HEM says its found folders that i should add to auto import bla bla, tried reinstalling as well.

any help would be appreciated.
