No new notes in caddy report!

Hi!
Theres no new notes or any new hands showing up in the Caddy Report window while i play? It has always been showing the previous hand in the 'New Hands' tab but nothing is showing up there anymore???

And after i have playd a session and restart HM2 then it starts to create new notes from the session i just playd??? I have tried this for three sessions now and always the same, nothing shows up in the Caddy Report window while i play?

Just copy/paste the contents of the zip into c:\program files (x86)\holdem manager 2 then restart

go to file->settings->database settings and check "do not switch to slow processor to 100%"

I have the same problem, the Caddy report stays completely blank in the two tabs

I don't have this option in DB settings.

Can you help me please?

(+ I also have the problem of endless taking notes. Last week I reset all notes and I recreated them from scratch. After working 24h, it all started again from begenning... since then every time I start HM2 it continues creating notes...)

Which versions of HM2 and NoteCaddy do you have?

You can get the latest hm2 internal from http://forums.holdemmanager.com/hm2-...nner-beta.html

Then get the latest NoteCaddy from http://www.assaultware.com/NoteCaddy.latest.zip

Extract the files from the zip into where you installed hm2

I already had the latest version of both. Still not working, the caddy report remains blank. It was not working with the previous versions already.

Hands only appear in the caddy report if the database is fully processed and looking for new hands. Can you confirm that the "creating notes" screen says "finished"? Keep in mind the caddy report only shows hands that are played live so during reprocessing it would be blank

That's exactly what I thought. But as I also have the problem of endless recreating notes, my caddy reports will stay blank for a while...

The endless note creation shouldn't happen if you're using NC 2.2.2.6 or newer. If it does, turn off the turbo hand grabber via file->settings->database settings

Once it reaches the end, the caddy report should work
