Not importing and no HUD

    Default Not importing and no HUD

    For some reason my HM2 has just decided to stop importing hands and has no HUD overnight.

    It says 'waiting' on the top right hand of my Pokerstars page but never starts working.

    Could someone help please

    One of the recent PS updates wiped all my site settings, check save hand histories, preferred seating etc are all still set correctly for starters.

    Thanks.

    I checked if PS is saving hands and they are going into the folder they always were going into.

    I need some more assistance please.

    What are some of the other trouble shooting options.

    I don't have preferred seating...

    My last recorded session is on the 9th January.

    Thanks.

    I have checked that PS is importing hands to the folder on my, it is.

    I checked that HEM has my Auto Import folders set up, it has.

    So I don't know what is the problem.

    On the table that I'm playing, it says 'Waiting for hands.....' HEM seems to know that I'm playing but isn't importing hands.

    Is HoldemManager importing the handhistories? (do the hands import into a new database)
    Set the PokerStars lobby language in English.

    On what type of table are you playing exactly?

    Hi,

    Thanks for your reponse.

    My hands are defintely being imported to my Pokerstars folder on my computer.

    When I go to manual hand import and 'Import folder' the files are imported to because I can see in the input status that the file are imported 28 of 28 manually and then 1 of 1 automatically. However the hands are not being registered on HM2 itself.

    Also my HUD isn't working. It says on the 9 ring 5/10NL "Waiting for hands....."

    Try creating a new database and reimport the handhistories.

    How do you do that?

    I think I did something wrong, I changed my database file to my Hand History.

    Mate, I'm not computer literate I just expect that when I turn on HM2 for it to work.

    I have a new computer and HM2 was working just a couple of weeks a go

    set the date formatting of your computer to M/d/yyyy (and not to European default d/M/yyyy) with regional settings English (United States)
