Cannot import hands of tournament of Stars

Hi

a fellow of pokerstrategy.com has the following problem:
- Played a tournament after Stars has update his history, however HM was not updated;
- he updated HM-1
- played another tournament where the Stats were imported without problems
- now he tries to import the hand of the first tournament with the updated HM-1 and it does not work (Import from folder, import files)

What can he do to import it?
