I suggest you go thru the Cash Games > Reports > Filter > Edit > Other Filters. There are many different types of all-in filters.

The answer is no, but I am still confused by what use this would be during a game/hand?

Cash Games > Filter > Edit > More Filters > Turn Filters > All-in On Turn (or earlier)=True

Out of my 100k hands at stars, I have 845 all in hands. 0.84%

I dont see what value this would be in the HUD during a game, because this stat could vary wildly on a small sample, but over a large sample there would be little fluctuation between 2 peoples stat.
