My name is Doug and I am going to try and help you get this situation resolved.
Can you please give me a few more details of what you are trying to do exactly? Are you trying to click on pot size in the re-player or in the session history window of HM2 itself?
If it is in the replayer, please make sure to click on the options icon in the upper right hand corner of the re-player and click "SHOW KNOWN CARDS"

I'm clicking on the pot size in the HUD where the 3 last pots are listed with winners/sizes. Left is the player name, which opens the hand to export (shows correct hand), but if I click on the pot size often I get no cards, but sometimes the wrong ones.
edit: the 3 first pots with holecards are shown, and don't change when new pots were played. The same cards show.

Have you tried and un-install and re-install? I have tried to reproduce the error and cannot. If you are going to try this and it doesn't solve the issue, send a copy of your reg file along with a screenshot that will help us ID your issue to hm2support@holdemmanager.com and someone will get back to you as soon as possible.

It is not that no cards were shown, but there is a problem with HM2 not using the right hole cards and community cards with the corresponding hand. The cards of the first 3 hands played at the table seem to be used for the last 3 pots. It is not an ipoker problem, HM1 does it correctly.
