    Default Cloud DB Sync not the same 4056

    I have a laptop and a desktop that I am trying to sync and thye both keep saying "Sync completed at _____" yet when I click "database info" there is about 10,000 player difference. Any reason why this could be? I have tried resyncing numerous times and tried after restarts and all that as well.

    Newest build.
    Win7
    No antivirus
    Firewall disabled (sounds sketch now haha)
    Purchased OM2
    Most recent updates
    Time set right

    Any reason why it could be thinking there both up to date when there significantly off?

    What site are the missing hands for? There is an open issue on this written up to be worked on for a fix. Thank you.

    Not sure what hands or players are missing I just see a big difference of 10,000 less players in one database. I guess I will wait and see what the new update brings.

    Are you Syncing to another computer or to a different database within HM2 on the same machine? If it is the latter you can try the backup/restore option as a work around until this issue has been resolved.

    Syncing to another computer off the network but I'll just do DB restore and send it over VIA Team Viewer.

    But still am wondering, when Sync DOES work right, is that just giving the stats for the hud basically, and not the ACTUAL hand histories for the hand replayer / session review? Or should all hands be viewable for each player as well?

    All hands should transfer via HM Sync and can be viewed for each player.
