Import Errors

Hi, HEM can import games now, but I am missing 3 days of my games. So when I import those from file, it says import errors: 10835, imported hands: 0. I'm with the newest version btw.

Hands played on which site?
Was the lobby language of the pokerclient in English those 3 days?
set the date formatting of your computer to M/d/yyyy (and not to European default d/M/yyyy) with regional settings English (United States)

Can you attach one hand, of one of the handhistory files that won't import.

The hand imports without problems for me. Is your HM really displaying 1.12.09 in the title?

Can you create a new database for a test and import the hands into this database?
