Default active session not tracking hands mid session?

I am trying to make the switch from hem1 to hem2

During my session I was excited to try the active session and be able to see my hands as they appear in my database and have the ability to mark them if needed.

However I was finding the active session was not updating automatically. I would have to click a nother tab (reports/opponets/home etc) and then click back to the active session tab to see the updated hands that had been imported.

I had hoped that it would update automatically and I could see the hands as soon as they were imported to the database

am |I| doing something wrong? or is this an known error?

Please make sure your Hand Importing > Site Time Adjustments are set up correctly. The Active Session should work then.
