My full copy of HEM has suddenly started telling me its a trial version again? Is there an update or something I need to upload? I think I must be missing something obvious
Also I have just updated to latest beta and rebooted - still same problem, my fully paid version still says trial and I cant run HEM.
Re-register it and/or enter your serial number again.

I cant get anything to work, so have sent mail to the sales email as suggested.
Can you please attach to the thread, or email to me, the \holdem manager\logs\reg.log file.
