Hands not showing in hud sometimes

When I sit down at a tabel with one player I have 15k hands on the hud shows only hands played at tabel, I have only noticed this on player could be more. Even if I sit out and sit in again the hud on him resets, its working fine with other players on the tabel.

Does the player have a "*" in his name?

this is on poker stars no the player has only letters but his screen name is all with big letters

did the update and looked at a hand I played him in re player and there is no hud stats on him in the re player put on everyone eles at the tabel

Create a new database---> and reimport your hands.

Hud options--> Hud filters--> check if you're using a #players filter.
